I'm excited to announce that I'll be teaching another six-week onlineART Level 1 - Embodied Edition course beginning July 18th for our friends in Europe and the Americas. This is the only course of it's kind this summer, so I hope you'll join me next month!
If our lived
experience happens through the body, then so does how we relate to ourselves, others, and our environment. In this training we will delve into the infinite world of embodiment – of feeling deeply, moving freely and expressing openly. This course is for those who want depth, intimacy and aliveness in their relationships with themselves, others, and the world. Each session will include an embodied meditation, movement explorations, and of course, the heart of the ART material.
If this sounds like it's up your alley or if you know of someone who might be interested, we'd love for you to join us and/or share this offering with the people in your life. And if you're an ART Level 1 graduate and would like to see what the Embodiment Edition is all about, please reply to this email and request your 50 percent off graduate discount code.
Our Embodiment Edition happens just a couple of times a year, so if it's calling to you, now's the time. I hope you see you in the circle!
With love, Kate Middleton ART Course Leader
